When did I become an agent?
I got my start in 2022 as a leasing coordinator and soon became a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. From the beginning, I knew this work was about more than apartments — it was about helping people feel at home. That purpose has carried me into my current role as Director of Leasing, where I oversee RentSFNow’s strategy and operations across Sausalito, San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles.
What’s my favorite hidden gem in the city or East Bay?
Dolores Park. It’s not hidden, but for me it’s home. Living just steps away, I love how the park brings people together — neighbors on blankets, families sharing food, kids playing, music floating in the air. It captures what I love most about San Francisco: a sense of community in all its diversity.
What do I love best about my job?
The mission of service. Housing is one of life’s most essential needs, and helping people find a place where they feel they belong feels like contributing to the common good. Whether I’m supporting my team or working with a prospect, I know this work makes a difference.
My most memorable leasing experience
Two moments stand out. One was signing my 365th lease in a single year — a milestone that showed me how much impact one person can make with dedication. The other was walking a family through their new apartment and watching their kids race to pick bedrooms. One was about scale, the other about intimacy — both remind me why I do this work.
